I am a Lecturer in Primary Education at Leeds Trinity University, having transitioned after more than a decade of experience as a primary teacher and leader of learning. I now have the privilege of training and inspiring the next generation of teachers across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Having joined the governing board at HMPS, I am committed to using my extensive experience in primary education and leadership to support the school’s ongoing development and success.
I have grown up in Beeston so have a good understanding of the community Hunslet Moor Primary School serves. I believe that becoming a Governor at Hunslet Moor will be a fantastic learning opportunity for me as well as a way to give back to the School which my daughter currently attends and my son will attend in the future.
